This version of the “Eclipse ” model by Nadar Guitars, has the special feature that it can change its “guise” just by replacing the metal body cover plates.
In fact, bushings have been placed in the wooden body into which the countersunk screws that hold the plates in place can be screwed.
The basic covers made are 4;
black sheet metal, rusty “corten” sheet metal, and one made of non-slip aluminum sheet metal with rice grains.
The application of the sheets adds considerable weight to an already large and heavy basic body: the result, however, is remarkable for sustaining capacity.
